Lecturer – Carpentry and Multi Trades
Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Lecturer – Carpentry and Multi Trades to join our Slough & Langley College team on a permanent, full‑time basis.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver high‑quality teaching and assessment to maximise student potential.
* Prepare and deliver lesson plans, set student targets and provide academic support.
* Maintain accurate records and act as a tutor, supporting students both academically and pastorally.
* Contribute to curriculum development and programme leadership.
Essential qualifications and skills:
* Level 5 teaching qualification or willingness to obtain it.
* Minimum Level 3 vocational qualification in a relevant trade.
* Proficiency in embedding English and maths into the curriculum.
* Strong IT and administrative skills.
* Ability to motivate students and a commitment to safeguarding and welfare.
* Excellent interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for the subject area.
This role pays on the academic teachers pay scale T1 – T11 (£31,133 – £44,841 FTE).
