Job Description To carry out Leisure Assistant duties throughout Elgin High School Sports Facilities. Responsibilities Building security Preparing rooms / areas for use by groups. Monitoring, reporting on and carrying out cleaning / maintenance duties. Ensuring that Health and Safety standards are complied with. Undertaking reception duties. Undertaking general duties. The Individual Experience of carrying out basic care and maintenance duties of property. Working with people. Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Numerate. Aptitude for tidiness Attention to detail Prioritise tasks / action Ability to follow routines / instructions Capable of working unsupervised Able to carry out handyman / basic maintenance duties Good customer care / people skills Ability to deal with people in a professional and understanding manner.
