Senior D365 Finance Consultant (Support)
Location: Home‑based with travel to client sites or Columbus offices as required. Based in Manchester, England, United Kingdom.
Compensation and Benefits
* Salary: Negotiable – we aim to improve your current package.

* Travel/Expenses: Car required for travel to client sites, expensed at 45p per mile from home address (excluding travel to any Columbus office within 35mi).
Responsibilities
* Resolve customer issues within Support Service Level Agreements via telephone, email, remote sessions or in person.
* Perform root‑cause analysis and incident management to minimise future issues and identify potential commercial activities.
* Provide consultancy services including UAT, Go‑Live support, data change, code change, configuration, specification, testing, upgrades and migration.
* Deliver informal or formal training to customers on standard system, additional modules, functionality and customisations.
Qualifications
* Microsoft certification as D365 Finance/SCM Finance Certified.
* Knowledge of Electronic Reporting, Tax Calculation Service, and Global VAT / Tax (advantage).
* Wider D365 Finance/SCM functional knowledge.
* At least five years of D365 experience in a consulting or internal lead role.
* Full driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.
* Curious, willing to challenge the status quo and improve processes.
* Collaborative with internal and external colleagues.
