Accommodation Manager The Accommodation Managers key responsibility is the organization of the accommodation areas of the centre, ensuring all guests and staff have been allocated rooms according to company policies and room availability. Your main duties will include: Allocate rooms taking into considerations genders, customer requirements and availability. Complete meal numbers and informing the catering department, taking into consideration dietary needs Handle any customer complaints such as maintenance and cleanliness issues. Lead the team when conducting room checks prior to arrival and departure, ensuring any damage is accounted for and charged to the correct people. Ensure that all compliance is up to date including fire lists, fire drill log, night duty register & noticeboards. Conduct up to 4 Night Duties per week In addition to your duties, you will be required to assist the wider team with demands on centre as and when requested by the Centre Manager Essential Criteria: Sensitivity to other cultural diversity. Strong ability to lead a team and students. Strong organizational skills and quick learner. Previous experience working with children or teenagers. Committed to safeguarding at all times. Eligible to work in the UK and 18 years old or over. Desirable Criteria: Previous summer school experience. Hold a valid First Aid Certificate, Lifeguard or sports coaching qualification. Valid DBS and/or Overseas Police Checks (Ardmore can assist with this).
