Hexagon Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for An Experienced Events Manager on a Temp to Perm basis.
The role will involve you to take the lead in planning and overseeing the installation and de-rig of chalets and marquees at events nationwide. You will be responsible for site teams, logistics, and ensuring all equipment is maintained to the highest standards. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role, perfect for someone with strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Lead on-site teams during event installations and de-rigs
Ensure all health & safety procedures are met
Plan logistics and coordinate deliveries with the Operations Manager
Maintain stock control and oversee equipment upkeep
Build strong client relationships to ensure successful event execution
Drive company vehicles as required for event deliveries
Hold a valid UK Driving Licence
An advantage if you also hold a HGV1/Moffatt Driving Licence
Previous event/site management experience
Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
Practical, hands-on approach with maintenance & repair abilities
Ability to work weekends and flexible hours during peak event seasons
