Salesforce Admin / Developer Location: Leeds, onsite (full time) Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 plus benefits 167 Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a dynamic, technology-driven client seeking a Salesforce Admin / Developer. This role combines administration and development, giving you the opportunity to maintain, customise and enhance the Salesforce platform while building new functionality. Key Responsibilities Manage daily administration of Salesforce, including users, profiles, permissions and data integrity. Design, develop, test and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components and Flows. Build and maintain reports, dashboards and automations to support business needs. Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. Ensure best practice in security, performance and documentation. Skills and Experience Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator and/or Developer. Salesforce certifications such as Administrator (ADM-201) and Platform Developer I (PD1) are desirable. Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Flow. Good understanding of roles, profiles and data modelling. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
