Residential Support Worker
Location: Preston
Pay: £12.69-£13.31 per hour + £30 per sleep in
Shift pattern: 1 on 2 off including sleep ins

What You'll Do
As a Residential Support Worker you will support young people with their daily routines; Getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities.
Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.
Keep essential records to ensure the best possible care.
Where You'll Do It
The home is a 4 bedded home in the Ribbleton area of Preston. The home is a lovely looking bungalow with converted upstairs, big front and rear garden, really friendly and inviting staff team who are willing to work and learn together to move the home forward.
We have 3 young people in the home at the moment all male young people who want to make a difference in their own lives
The team work well together to ensure consistency in the home and help each other out when needed they are all looking to learn and develop with the rest of the team. We have a young staff team at the moment and these are really passionate about looking after the young people and encouraging them to thrive and develop in their lives.
