This role is for an ILS Engineer supporting various projects, producing Integrated Support Plans, and conducting ILS analysis including FEMCA, Reliability, Ease of Maintenance Assessment, LoRA, Spares, Obsolescence, and Disposal.
Your responsibilities include:
* Undertaking ILS tasks per Def Stan 00-600 and customer specs.
* Identifying design problem areas impacting cost and supportability; recommending solutions.
* Undertaking Reliability tasks per Def Stan 00-40 and customer specs.
* Identifying reliability issues; recommending improvements.
* Undertaking Maintainability tasks per Def Stan 00-40 and customer specs.
* Identifying design areas affecting maintainability; recommending solutions.
* Populating Logistic Support Analysis Records as per standards.
* Supporting proposal writing with ILS plans.
* Ensuring timely completion of tasks per customer requirements.
* Supporting other support activities like Training Needs Analysis and technical publications development.
Apply if you have most of the following:
* Engineering Degree or equivalent
* Understanding of Quality Management and Control systems
* Knowledge of ILS, Reliability, and Maintainability (including Windchill-RELEX software)
* Proficiency in Word, Excel, Microsoft Project, MAX MRP, Windchill (RELEX)
* Experience with ILS software such as OmegaPS, OPUS10, SIMLOX
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to interact at all organizational levels
