About the Role
* Represent a highly reputable five‑star house builder on‑site, delivering a first‑class customer journey from enquiry through to completion.
* Manage all aspects of the new homes sales process, including lead generation, viewings, negotiations, and progression of reservations.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams including marketing, customer care, and construction to ensure a seamless buyer experience.
* Contribute to achieving and exceeding sales targets across a diverse and high‑quality portfolio.
* Expected to work both Saturdays and Sundays, with two consecutive days off during the week.
About You
* Proven New Homes Sales experience – either directly with a house builder or agency side.
* Confident selling off‑plan developments and guiding customers through the full buying journey.
* Strong communicator with excellent presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.
* Ambitious, proactive, and passionate about property and delivering results.
