Overview
Phoenix Futures is recruiting a passionate and solution-focused Team Manager for the Erewash team within the Derbyshire Recovery Partnership drug and alcohol service. This role leads a multidisciplinary team delivering person-centred interventions to support individuals affected by drug and alcohol use.
Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day operations of the Erewash drug and alcohol team; provide clinical and operational supervision to seven staff.
* Monitor team performance against KPIs, complete regular caseload audits, and ensure data compliance.
* Deliver targeted training and support; monitor and evaluate data reports.
* Develop strong partnerships with local agencies and professionals to coordinate care.
* Ensure services are trauma-informed and delivered with harm reduction, care planning and risk management.
* Promote continuous improvement and innovation within the team; foster co-production with people who use services.
* Provide visible leadership in Ilkeston and Long Eaton; ensure timely, evidence-based interventions.
Qualifications/Requirements
* Leadership experience in drug and alcohol work or related health and social care services.
* Knowledge of safeguarding, risk management, clinical governance, and collaboration across systems.
* Ability to manage staff, performance, and develop groups and initiatives.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills; commitment to reducing health inequalities.
Location and hours
Based at Ilkeston office with management presence in Long Eaton. Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday–Friday.
Salary and benefits
Starting salary £27,000 per year, with annual increments subject to appraisal.
