Plumber Improver Role – Cambridge
ARC is currently recruiting for a Plumber Improver to work on a long-term project in Cambridge. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience supporting plumbing installations within residential conversion projects.
Plumber Improver Responsibilities
* Assisting plumbers on residential conversion projects
* Supporting plumbing installations within HMO developments
* Carrying out first and second fix duties under supervision
* Ensuring work is completed safely and to a high standard
* General plumbing support across the site
Plumber Improver Requirements
* Previous experience working on HMO projects (residential dwellings converted into multiple occupancies)
* Valid UK driving licence
* Basic plumbing experience and understanding of site procedures
* Ability to work well as part of a team
* Good work ethic and willingness to learn
Plumber Improver Details
* Location: Cambridge
* Pay rate: £19 – £21 per hour (dependent on experience)
* Contract length: 12 months
* Start date: February 2026
