Job responsibilities
This position requires working alternate weekends, with a total of 30 hours across 3 days. The working hours are from 8am to 6pm.

Requirements: A personable and warm approach, genuine interest in residents’ wellbeing, City & Guilds/NVQ/SVQ or equivalent qualification, good nutrition knowledge, experience with fresh seasonal ingredients, ability to create a welcoming environment, confidence engaging with residents, good understanding of HACCP.
Responsibilities: Manage kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef, assist in menu development, work with fresh produce to deliver high-quality dishes, foster a warm and efficient environment, work within budget, conduct regular audits, manage stock control.
