About The Role
Delivery Drivers play a crucial role within GSF Car Parts. They are the face of our brand by delivering parts to customers and providing excellent customer service. They offer valuable customer feedback and ensure timely delivery of goods.
As a Delivery Driver on a zero-hour/casual contract, you will support the branch in covering holidays or absences. You will contribute to the success of a high-performing organization and promote the company brand through positive customer interactions.
Main Duties include:
1. Delivering products to customers within a specified radius
2. Ensuring high levels of customer service at all times
3. Providing feedback on customer and competitor activity
4. Loading your vehicle according to procedures
5. Collecting customer returns as required
6. Performing vehicle maintenance and daily checks
7. Assisting in the warehouse when needed
8. Supporting inter-branch transfer deliveries as required
Working hours: Up to (average) hours Monday to Friday, including alternate Saturdays, depending on branch coverage.
About You
Requirements:
* Full UK Driving Licence with a maximum of 6 points
* Good knowledge of the delivery radius of the branch
* Previous delivery driver experience
* Understanding of excellent customer service standards
* Ability to meet deadlines and maintain good timekeeping
* Customer-focused and willing to go the extra mile
