Football Performance Analyst

About the Role

The Henley College is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Football Performance Analyst to join our Football Programme. You will play a key role in supporting the Head Coach and Programme Manager by delivering comprehensive performance analysis services including filming, coding, and tactical insights to enhance player and team development.

This role involves pitch-side work during training and fixtures (including national travel), data analysis, and administrative support, contributing to a high-performance football environment.

This is a varied and hands-on role, ideal for someone who is eager to drive athletic development in an educational and competitive football environment, thrives in a team environment, and is committed to high performance in education and sport.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who combines strong clinical knowledge with a positive, student-focused approach. The ideal candidate will have:

1. A Sports Analyst Degree
2. Proven experience with video capture and performance analysis software (Hudl, Veo)
3. Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva
4. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, parents, coaches and external stakeholders
5. A flexible, adaptable, and professional approach to working within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team
6. A full driving license and willingness to complete minibus training (if not already qualified)
7. Experience supporting student athletes in college settings
8. Experience working in high-level football environments.

Salary: £24.76 per hour

Hours of work: 10 hours a week for training and fixtures with additional hours as required

Contract Type: Part Time, Fixed Term Contract,

Dates of Employment: 4th August 2025 till 5th June 2026 - an earlier start date can be accepted
