The Role As Pastry Demi Chef de Partie, you will work closely with the Head Pastry Chef and Pastry Chef de Partie to support daily operations of the pastry section. This role is ideal for a motivated pastry professional looking to develop their skills in a high-end, fast-paced kitchen while contributing to innovative dessert creations.
