About the Role: As a Year 2 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons that motivate children to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with colleagues to create a vibrant, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment where each child is valued and supported. Key Responsibilities : Plan and deliver a broad, balanced, and stimulating curriculum in line with the national standards for Year 2. Foster a positive, safe, and supportive classroom environment where all students feel encouraged to learn. Assess, record, and report on pupils’ progress, ensuring that all children are reaching their individual learning goals. Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school community. Contribute to the school’s ongoing development and success as a valued team member. About You: We are looking for a teacher who is: Qualified with QTS (Qualified Teacher Status). Experienced in teaching Key Stage 1, particularly Year 2 (preferred). Committed to making learning exciting, engaging, and fun for young children. Able to differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners. A team player with excellent communication skills, who is eager to collaborate with colleagues and parents.
