Role Overview
* Position: Medical AI Content Specialist – Contract, Remote
* Commitment: 20 hours per week, Duration: 2 months
* Combine clinical expertise with language mastery to train AI models in healthcare. Create content reflecting real-world medical usage in Japanese.
Responsibilities
* Translate and synthesize complex medical concepts into structured rubrics for AI training.
* Write fluently in both Japanese and English, ensuring accurate terminology and nuanced expression.
* Provide cultural and medical insights specific to Japanese healthcare.
* Collaborate with reviewers and peers to refine content.
Requirements / Qualifications
* Must-Have Qualifications
o Native-level fluency in Japanese with strong written and spoken English.
o Advanced degree (MD or PhD in related healthcare field).
o 2–6+ years of medical practice, research, or healthcare-related professional experience.
o Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills.
* Preferred Qualifications
o Experience with grading, instructional design, or rubric development.
o Familiarity with generative AI models or machine learning concepts.
