You’ll: Provide 1st-line and basic 2nd-line technical support Set up laptops, monitors, mobile phones, printers, and video conferencing equipment Handle account setups and password resets in Microsoft 365 and Azure AD Monitor alerts, escalate issues, and maintain device compliance (Intune, BitLocker) Support basic network tasks (IP config, DNS, cable patching) Assist with office changes and infrastructure projects Document support issues and help improve self-service resources What We’re Looking For: We’re all about personality and potential. To set you up for success, we’re looking for: A valid UK driving licence Some prior IT experience (internship, 1st line support, or IT qualification) Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and Windows 10/11 Basic networking understanding (IP, DNS, Wi-Fi) Interest in IT infrastructure and cloud technologies Nice to have: Familiarity with Intune, BitLocker, and device management tools Exposure to Azure VMs, AWS basics, and monitoring tools Understanding of Agile principles and documentation best practices About You: Curious, ambitious, and eager to learn Reliable and detail-oriented, even with basic tasks Comfortable asking for help and escalating when needed Treats support as a service, not just a job Why Forge Holiday Group?
