Contract Hours: 39 per week - Monday to Friday

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiasticindividual to join an innovative and busy team supporting different areas of the company. The position is to provide assistance, both secretarial and administrative, to a team of service areas. The service areas include commercial waste, domestic waste, street cleansing, grounds maintenance, building cleaning, household waste recycling centre and central vehicle maintenance unit.
This is a fixed-term appointment for 2 years. A modern apprenticeship is a work-based training programme that leads to an approved qualification. Training is mostly on-the-job, which means Modern Apprentices learn the right mix of skills, knowledge, and abilities. It is intended that the successful candidate would achieve NVQ Business and Administration Level 2 within the two-year period and would be well prepared to look for further employment opportunities.
