Part-Time Management Accountant (4 days per week) - Part-Qualified CIMA or ACCA £42,000-£47,500 FTE study support and excellent benefits Central London - 1 day per week in the office We are working with a mission-driven, not for profit and charities organisation that collaborates with public sector partners to support the responsible management and provision of essential information. They are seeking a motivated part qualified Management Accountant to help deliver accurate financial reporting and insight that supports effective decision-making across the organisation. Reporting to the Finance Director, this role will play an important part in producing monthly financial information, working with budget holders, and helping maintain strong financial oversight across teams. Key responsibilities Prepare monthly management accounts and P&L reports for senior leadership Manage the month-end process including accruals, prepayments, and depreciation Work closely with budget holders to review financial performance and investigate variances Support oversight of accounts payable and receivable and review bank reconciliations Assist with forecasting and provide support during the year-end audit process Contribute to VAT returns and reporting requirements for external stakeholders Support the implementation of QuickBooks, including development of the chart of accounts and reporting structure Present financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues to support operational decision-making About you CIMA / ACCA part qualified Experience preparing management accounts and supporting month-end close Strong Excel and spreadsheet skills Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting systems is advantageous Confident communicator who can work effectively with non-financial stakeholders Able to manage priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment Why apply?
