We are seeking a compassionate Teaching Assistant to support a specialist day school in Guildford for students aged 2–19 with SLD and autism.
Role Overview:
* Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups
* Assist with communication, learning, and behaviour support
* Help create a positive, inclusive classroom environment
* Work closely with teachers and therapists
* Provide physical and emotional support where needed
What We’re Looking For:
* Patient, caring, and enthusiastic
* Experience with SEN is ideal but not essential
* Strong communication skills
* Willing to complete an enhanced Child and Adult DBS
