Support Worker - Maternity Cover at Acuity Care Group
Shift Pattern: Working 12 hour days and night shifts. Location: Aylesbury. Pay rate: £12.96 - £14.57 per hour.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work with an individual living in Aylesbury who has a Brain Injury, cognitive difficulties and blurred vision. The person has a great sense of humour and enjoys activities such as going out into the community, having coffee, and visiting family nearby. The role requires a committed Support Worker to assist with personal care, meal preparation, and companionship.
Support will be provided by an experienced Complex Care Manager. Enriching activities are important in your support, and you will bring an empathetic approach to make a difference in this person’s life. Prior experience in the following areas is needed.

What will your shift involve?
In this role you will provide high-quality 1:1 care, ensuring compassionate and tailored support. Responsibilities include engaging the individual in meaningful activities, taking them out into the community to promote social interaction and well-being, and assisting with household tasks to maintain a clean and organized living environment. Clear and confident communication in the person\'s preferred manner is essential to build a strong, trusting relationship.
