Position Details
* Hours: 20 hours per week (to be discussed with the manager)
* Pay: Starting at £13.26 per hour, with enhanced rates up to £14.56 depending on shifts during weekends and evenings.

Role Highlights
As a Care and Support Assistant, you’ll enable residents to live independently and actively. Daily tasks include light domestic duties, coordinating resident activities, and assisting with appointments and shopping. Each day offers variety and the chance to impact residents’ wellbeing.
About You
* Location: Ideally within commuting distance to Crocus Court estate.
* Experience: Minimum 1 year in a UK health and social care role, preferably working with older adults. A Level 2 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care (Adults) is an asset but not mandatory.
* Skills: Warm, friendly, dedicated to exceptional service; thrives in a team environment and eager to make a positive difference.
