What you’ll be doing: Supervising pre-set lessons across KS3 and KS4 Managing classroom behaviour with confidence and clarity Ensuring students stay focused and complete set work Reporting back to teaching staff at the end of the day Supporting pupils who need a little extra guidance You won’t be expected to teach new content. Your role is about consistency, structure, and creating a calm learning environment.
