You will use assessment thoughtfully to identify next steps and differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including those with SEND or EAL. This role is suitable for Early Career Teachers and experienced practitioners. ECTs will benefit from structured mentoring and professional development, while experienced teachers will have opportunities to share their expertise and contribute to curriculum development and whole-school improvement.
