We are looking for a Sous Chef and we are working with a lovely Private Education site based in West London, this is a large operation and you need experience in working in large scale operations, ideally from within Education but a strong banqueting background could be suitable.
This role is working Mainly Monday to Friday with term time hours being 7am to 4pm and holiday times 7am to 2.30pm. With some weekends and early evenings required so you will need to be flexible with your working pattern. This is mainly morning shifts though.
The Sous Chef will work in a team of around 8-10 plus support staff as needed so good man management skills will be required. You will confident in leading the junior chefs and deputising for the Head Chef when they are absent. The kitchen produces around 900-1100 lunches each day so good organisational skills will be required.
The ideal Sous Chef will have worked in a large education site before so you understand the logistics and timings needed. We are looking for Chefs that have shown good stability in previous roles and have shown progression through their career,
