We are looking for a Regional Sales Negotiator to join our Inverness branch. This role requires a driven, sales‑focused individual who is a great communicator, organizer, and team player.

Responsibilities
* Report to a Regional Sales Manager and liaise with customers, branches, and managers to achieve sales and growth targets.
* Provide seamless and outstanding customer service, supporting inquiries, quotations, and orders.
* Take ownership of quotes and orders from inbound calls and make outbound calls to your portfolio of customers, converting inquiries into sales contracts.
* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Travis Perkins products and services, offering alternatives and associated products to customers.
* Work directly with preferred suppliers/manufacturers to source equipment on behalf of the customer.
Qualifications
* Previous sales experience, ideally in a similar environment.
* Proactive approach with the ability to spot opportunities to upsell and increase sales and profit.
* Exceptional communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with multiple customers and internal stakeholders.
