We are recruiting for a Debt Recovery Paralegal to support solicitors handling County Court litigation, mortgage possession proceedings, and wider civil disputes. The successful candidate will be involved in managing claims through the litigation lifecycle, liaising with clients and Counsel, preparing court documentation, and ensuring compliance with the Civil Procedure Rules. This role offers excellent exposure to contentious property matters and lender work, making it ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in litigatio
