Key Responsibilities:
Support the Principal in providing strategic leadership and direction for the school.
Lead on key areas of school improvement, including teaching and learning, behaviour, attendance, or curriculum development.
Promote and maintain high standards of behaviour, achievement, and safeguarding.
Line-manage middle and senior leaders, supporting professional development and performance.
Act as a visible and positive role model for staff and students.
Contribute to whole-school self-evaluation and improvement planning.
Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health, and safety policies.Ideal Vice Principal Candidate:
Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a Secondary School.
Strong track record of raising standards and improving outcomes for students.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire, challenge, and support staff at all levels.
In-depth knowledge of safeguarding, curriculum, and school accountability.
