Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Senior Care Professional to provide support to our clients in living in Chichester & surrounding areas. This position is based on a 40-hour week, you will need to be available for some mornings, evenings and weekends.
Two client visits are never the same. You will support your clients to live happy, independent lives by providing:
1. Support with personal care and to get dressed - you don't need to be a runway model, but when you help a client pick out their 'feel-good' outfit for the day, you'll feel like a personal stylist.
2. Companionship and trips out the house – you don't need a GCSE in history; instead, you'll have the honour of listening first-hand to a lifetime of treasured memories, and you don't need to waltz like you're on 'Strictly,' but you'll find joy in the simple pleasure of a spontaneous dance with a client during afternoon tea.
3. Preparation and support with meals - you don't need to be a master chef, but if you can brew a cuppa that warms the soul, you're already a hero in our book.
4. Help around the home - you don't need to be Sherlock Holmes, but your knack for finding a client's misplaced glasses will make you feel like a day-saving detective.
