Technician – Bradford
We have an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Technician to join our team in Bradford.
As a Technician, you will play a key role within our Manufacturing Team. This position offers a great deal of variety, where you will receive on-the job training in hand tool skills, componentry assembly, machinery, Health & Safety Awareness and Product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manufacture orthotic devices based on clinician prescriptions and patient assessments.
2. Progress work through the production cycle in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), ensuring the correct materials and components are used effectively.
3. Maintain accurate production and inspection records, ensuring all work order documentation is accurately completed alongside the product.
4. Ensure the department meets acceptable standards of housekeeping, maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
5. Comply with Health & Safety Standards.
6. Provide support to other departments in production as required.
Skills and Experience:
7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
9. A willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and ways of working.
10. A flexible can-do attitude.
Qualifications:
11. No formal qualifications are required for this role, however previous experience in a manufacturing environment is highly advantageous.
