Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered General Nurse looking for your next role in a supportive and caring environment? We are currently seeking an experienced RGN to join a well-established nursing home in Derby, committed to delivering high-quality care to its residents.
Position: Registered General Nurse (RGN)
Location: Derby
Setting: Nursing Home
Hours: Full-time/Part-time options available (Days or Nights)
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care to residents.
Administer medications, manage care plans, and monitor clinical interventions.
Support residents with complex needs, including dementia and age-related conditions.
Work collaboratively with care assistants and other healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate records in line with regulatory and professional standards.
Requirements:
Must be a Registered General Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin.
Prior experience in a nursing home or elderly care setting is desirable.
Strong clinical knowledge and a genuine passion for elderly care.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
