About the Role As an Enabling Support Worker, you’ll play a key role in helping adults live confidently and independently. You’ll provide encouragement, practical support and meaningful interaction — always guided by both the individual and their person centred support plan. Your responsibilities will include: * Offering person centred support and companionship * Following tailored support plans * Keeping accurate records in line with service requirements * Providing personal care and medication support when needed * Covering sleep in shifts (paid £60 per sleep in) This is a role where your kindness, patience and creativity truly make a difference.
