Role Description
We are seeking a skilled Electrician for a full-time, on-site position located in Leighton Buzzard. The role involves performing electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance for both residential and commercial clients. Daily tasks include troubleshooting electrical issues, conducting testing and inspections, carrying out complete rewires, installing lighting, circuits, and appliances, and performing emergency call-outs. Collaboration with other trades may be required to ensure comprehensive service delivery. The Electrician will maintain high standards of craftsmanship while ensuring safety and compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Electrical Work, Electricity, and Electrical Engineering
* Experience in Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting electrical systems
* Proven knowledge of testing and inspections following safety standards and regulations
* Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to high-quality work
* City and Guilds Qualification (Level 2382 or equivalent) and familiarity with BS5266 regulations
* Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
* Excellent communication skills for client interactions
* Valid driver's license is preferred
