The Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for dynamic, enthusiastic and flexible individuals, with experience of providing excellent customer service and leading a team to join Worcestershire Libraries working in the Evesham Cluster: Evesham, Pershore and Broadway libraries.
As a Team Leader in the Library Service, you will lead and supervise staff to deliver excellent customer service to our broad and diverse customer base. This will include setting clear expectations and goals to support high performance in the Library Customer Advisor team. You will be working alongside the wider library team delivering a broad range of literacy, reading and learning services and helping to promote wider community participation. You will have an excellent understanding of information resources, be comfortable working closely with partner organisations and be able to demonstrate a positive and proactive approach to customer service across a diverse customer base, including children and young people.

The post is based on a 2 week rota which includes some Saturday working and you would be expected to travel between sites.
