Key Responsibilities:
1. Service, maintenance, breakdowns, and commissioning of electrical power and propulsion systems
2. Working on electrical power systems, propulsion, and control systems
3. Preparing technical reports promptly and accurately upon job completion
4. Based mainly in Essex, with occasional worldwide travel
5. Experience with electrical power or propulsion systems
6. Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, and software packages (Allan Bradley, Mitsubishi, WAGO)
7. Experience with switchgear/switchboards
8. Previous roles as Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, Marine Engineer, or Navy experience
9. Electrical qualifications or equivalent (NVQ, HNC, etc.)
10. Must hold a UK Passport
