What the job involves:
1. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient dispatch of engineers to create high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Ensure service centre objectives are adhered to including compliance, health & safety, productivity, cost control, WIP, invoicing and productivity to meet or exceed the budgeted targets.
Work Experience:
3. Previous background in a fast moving, customer service role either within motor industry or other customer service environment.
4. A successful track record in the ability to prioritise work loads, multi task, work without supervision and a confident decision maker.
5. IT literate with a good understanding of computers and systems.
Desirable Attributes:
6. The ability to understand technical aspects of a vehicle.
7. Previous working within Microsoft 365.
8. The ability to communicate at all levels.
