We are looking for someone who can:
* Ensure the smooth running of the Referral Bookings team.
* Ensure tasks are being monitored and processed efficiently.
* Ensure our services are set up appropriately on SystemOne/ERS to ensure referrals can be received.
* Review referral data and escalate concerns appropriately.
* Work alongside the quality team investigate incidents and complaints relating to Referral and Bookings
* Improve service quality by evaluating systems and devising new processes as appropriate.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in a similar role in a healthcare or public sector setting
* Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated and self-starter with the ability to prioritise and schedule work independently
* Approachable and friendly manner
