Purchasing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead and develop our procurement function within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for managing supplier relationships, ensuring reliable product supply, and driving cost-effective purchasing strategies that support overall business objectives.
Key Responsibilities as a Purchasing Manager
Manage and develop the purchasing team
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements
Monitor supplier performance and implement improvements
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency
Support new product launches through effective sourcing
Work collaboratively with operations, engineering, and management teamsRequirements needed for Purchasing Manager
Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement management role
Background in electronics and manufacturing
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
Experience with international sourcing and supply chains
Excellent communication and leadership abilities
