Compliance Assurance Officer Adecco are recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority for a Compliance Assurance Officer to join their Housing Asset Management team based in Ealing. This is a key role supporting the council's statutory landlord compliance obligations across a range of health and safety work streams. Contract Details: Type: Temporary Pay: £23.05 per hour (PAYE) / £30.71 per hour (Umbrella) Location: Perceval House, Ealing Working Arrangements: Hybrid - 2 days per week from home Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday) Purpose of the Role Ensure the council meets its statutory landlord compliance obligations in areas including gas safety, water safety, asbestos, electrical safety, fire safety and lift/LOLER requirements. Support the delivery of a high-quality, robust compliance service and provide assurance that all statutory obligations are met.
