ABHSC is a Crewe-based entity operating within the Apollo Knowledge vertical. The entity manages the Crewe campus and Booth Hall, a 799-room accommodation facility, ensuring seamless operations and strategic growth of its residential and commercial spaces.
Job Purpose
The role involves driving strategic planning, execution, and growth of residential rooms and commercial spaces on campus and at Booth Hall. It requires a blend of strategic thinking, expertise in the local real estate market, and a focus on expanding ABHSC’s market presence.
Key Duties/Accountabilities
* Market Analysis: Understand the local residential and commercial real estate landscape.
* Strategy Development: Develop and own strategies for rentals and leases.
* Operations: Oversee successful viewings and facilitate seamless communication between stakeholders. Manage contracting processes. Generate regular KPI reports and maintain a robust progress pipeline.
* Government & Enterprise Business: Secure business from enterprise and council partners.
Stakeholder Management
* Collaborate with letting agents to optimize space utilization.
* Partner with councils to secure government business.
Account Development
* Expand retail, enterprise, and government contracts.
* Broaden the scope of existing contracts to meet diverse real estate needs.
Business Development
* Set and achieve annual business development targets.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
* Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to boost market presence and capitalize on trends.
* Build and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications, Skills & Critical Experiences
* 4–5 years of significant experience in the real estate sector.
* Degree or certification in a relevant field.
* Comprehensive knowledge of compliance, laws, and regulations.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and in cross-functional, global teams.
* Proficiency in project management tools, communication platforms, and relevant softwares.

Incentive Structure
* Target (Annual): 250 Rooms — Incentive Payable: NIL
* Target (Annual): 350 Rooms — Incentive Payable: 10% of CTC
* Target (Annual): 450 Rooms — Incentive Payable: 20% of CTC
