Salary: up to £40,000 OTE
Job Summary and Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate for the position of Sales Valuer will be extremely motivated and career driven, with experience in the current sales market.
* Direct and lead the operations of the Sales team.
* Conduct valuations for residential properties.
* Accountable for quality of customer care.
* Meet and exceed targets for sales business.
* Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and secure new business.
* To work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property market and sell company services to vendors, purchasers and their advisers.
* Carry out morning meetings and monthly 1-2-1s with staff.
* Staff training and development.
* Manage the overall success of the Sales team.
Skills required
* Prior experience working within a Senior Sales position, with a proven track record in securing new business.
* Line management experience.
* Listing & valuation experience.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* High level of customer service skills.
* Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
* Tenacity and be a self-starter with the drive to succeed.
* Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels.
* Be responsive to change.
* A full UK driving license.
