Are you detail-oriented and passionate about audit processes within the insurance sector? We are seeking a Delegated Authority Analyst to manage the end-to-end cycle of Coverholder and Delegated Claims Administrator audits, from scheduling through to remediation. This London-based role supports underwriters and stakeholders across the business, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and delivering high-quality audit outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and manage Coverholder and DCA audits, liaising with underwriters, brokers, external audit firms, and other managing agents.
* Review audit reports for scope and quality, ensuring recommendations are followed up and completed.
* Maintain and update audit records, produce management information reports, and support committee papers.
* Participate in the development of audit policy and scope, and monitor external audit firm performance.
* Support system testing and business change initiatives as required.
Requirements:
* Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
* Proven experience in delegated authority audits and knowledge of Lloyd’s, FCA/PRA, and other regulatory standards.
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Educated to at least A-Level; degree and relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CII) preferred.
* Experience with London market systems and insurance industry processes desirable.
