The Role
We're seeking a proactive and organized Trainee Property Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will be at the heart of our property management operations — coordinating viewings, onboarding new tenants, and ensuring that properties are well-maintained and compliant. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys a fast-paced, varied role with real responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and maintain our CRM systems to ensure accurate records and smooth operations
* Coordinate and conduct property viewings, providing a professional and friendly experience for prospective tenants
* Oversee the tenancy onboarding process, ensuring documentation is complete and move-ins go smoothly
* Liaise with contractors and tenants to handle maintenance requests and repairs efficiently
* Conduct regular property inspections and report findings
* Act as a key point of contact for tenants, resolving queries and issues with professionalism and care
* Provide general support in the day-to-day management of tenancies
About You
* Previous experience not essential as full training will be provided
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail
* Experience in a customer service or client-facing role preferred
* Confident using technology and comfortable working with CRM or property management systems
* A proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities with ease
* Full UK driving licence and access to own car essential
