Job summary
We are looking for compassionate and committed Healthcare Assistants in Bolton, who are passionate about delivering the highest quality 2:1 care for our service user, building positive relationships with them and their family while enabling them to live as independently as possible in their own home.
Our service user is a gentleman in his 50s who lives independently on his own with the support from his care team. He requires support with his complex and clinical care needs on a 2:1 basis throughout the day and night.
He has a great sense of humour and loves the interaction with his care team, he is looking for someone like-minded to assist with his care and engage in his banter.
He enjoys watching TV especially Football, boxing, UFC, and he is a massive Manchester United Fan. He also loves home cooked food prepared by his care team.
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.
Main duties of the job
We have the following shifts available;
1. Full Time & Part Time available 2-3 shifts per week
2. Days- 7:00am - 7:00pm
3. Nights 7:00pm - 7:00am
4. Alternate Weekends are needed for this position

Weekdays: £ per hour (Approx. £156 per 12 hour-shift)
Weeknights: £ per hour (Approx. £162 per 12-hour shift)
Weekends: £ per hour (Approx. £168 per 12-hour shift)
Bank Holidays: £ per hour (Approx. £210 per 12-hour shift)

Job responsibilities
The role of a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is to work without direct supervision in the home of the service user providing care and support including personal, social, and domestic support whilst adhering to the service users individual care and support plan.
The aim of the position is to enable service users to remain safely in their own home with as much independence as possible.
Alongside providing care and support in a professional, discreet, and caring manner, always ensuring the service users right to privacy and dignity is maintained
