A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a driven and ambitious Senior Corporate Tax Manager to join a well-established and growing tax team, based in a new, modern office in Birmingham. This role offers the chance to play a key part in shaping the success of the location and contributing to the wider growth of the firm.
Working with a broad client portfolio — including entrepreneurial businesses, expanding corporates, and owner-managed companies — you will be involved in a variety of interesting and complex tax advisory projects, helping clients navigate challenges and achieve their business goals.
In addition to client work, this position is ideal for someone who enjoys mentoring and coaching others. Supporting the development of junior team members will be a key part of the role, alongside involvement in business development activities to help drive continued growth.
With the full support of senior leadership, this role offers a clear path for progression towards Director level.
Your key responsibilities as the Senior Corporate Tax Manager:
* Leading on the delivery of a wide range of corporate tax advisory projects.
* Collaborating with the management team to oversee tax compliance processes.
* Mentoring, developing, and coaching junior team members to help them become accomplished business advisors.
* Playing an active role in business development initiatives and building relationships in the local marketplace.
To be considered for the role of Senior Corporate Tax Manager:
* Hold relevant professional tax or accounting qualification (e.g., CTA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent).
* Have significant experience in corporate tax advisory and compliance work.
* Enjoy developing people and have strong leadership and mentoring skills.
