About the Role
As Sales Manager reporting to the Centre Manager, you will manage and motivate the Parts Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while building strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Responsibilities
* Lead, manage and motivate the Parts Sales Executive Team to achieve and exceed sales targets
* Continuously monitor sales performance against set KPIs and take corrective action to meet targets
* Plan and implement promotional activities and campaigns with the Centre Manager to meet sales goals
* Maintain product knowledge and stay aware of competitor activity
* Conduct 1:1 performance reviews and provide developmental or corrective support as needed
* Motivate the sales team through creative incentive schemes and rewards
* Ensure excellent level of customer service via the team
* Monitor delivery schedules with the Centre management team to improve service levels
* Conduct business with the highest integrity and professionalism
* Ensure proper and accurate use of all business systems
* Comply with all business standards, processes, financial, legal, warranty and ethical guidelines
Requirements
* Proven sales team management experience in a B2B environment, capable of leading and motivating a parts sales team
* Strong customer service orientation
* Excellent communicator, able to build relationships with key stakeholders and clients
* High IT literacy, proficient MS Office user
* Result‑oriented, sales focused
* Passion or interest in the automotive industry or providing great customer service
