The Role:-
Looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to join a leading Firm, the successful candidate would ideally have some expereince working in a Conveyancing department-not essential but preferred with a minimum of one years experience in a Legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Providing administrative support to solicitors and legal executives
Preparing legal documents and correspondence
Managing diaries and arranging appointments
Handling client inquiries and communicating with clients
Organising and maintaining legal files and documents
Assisting with research tasks and case preparation
What we are looking for:-
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a legal secretary role
Understanding of legal terminology and procedures
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy
