Sub Agent – Civil Engineering / Infrastructure We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sub Agent to support the successful delivery of civil engineering works on a busy site. Working closely with the Site Agent and Project Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with programme and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities * Support the Site Agent with RAMS reviews, ensuring all works are carried out in full compliance * Deliver site inductions for operatives, supervisors, and visitors, ensuring all competencies and medicals are valid * Lead daily briefings and maintain clear communication with the workforce * Maintain accurate site diaries, including labour, plant, and materials records * Conduct H&S inspections and audits, identifying risks and supporting resolution * Report incidents, near misses, and positive interventions in line with company procedures * Deliver toolbox talks to promote a strong safety culture Permitting & Compliance * Issue and manage permits including breaking ground, hot works, confined space, and temporary works * Ensure all works are properly permitted and compliant at all times Plant & Equipment Management * Maintain the PUWER register and ensure a...
