Description
We’re looking for an experienced agency pro with the confidence, vision, and drive to lead client services and creative delivery teams.
This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on building senior-level client partnerships, inspiring teams, and helping to shape the commercial direction of an agency that has built a reputation for combining strategic thinking with creative and digital excellence.
Responsibilities will include:
* Lead senior-level relationships with key clients, building trust and authority.
* Oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
* Act as a strategic partner to clients, advising, problem-solving, and managing expectations.
* Manage, mentor, and inspire the client services and creative delivery teams.
* Anticipate challenges and proactively resolve conflicts, internally and externally.
* Provide the Managing Director with regular updates, insights, and recommendations.
* Drive continuous improvement in client service processes and delivery standards.
* Ensure client retention and account growth through excellent service and strategic input.
Experience
We’re looking for a commercially minded leader with:
* A strong agency background with experience in a senior client services role.
* Strong strategic thinking and client-facing communication skills.
* Proven leadership and mentoring ability, with a passion for developing others.
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Remuneration
* £45-55k depending on experience
* Flexible working - 1 day in the office and 4 remote
